4- When internal inspection and repair are completed, the body is reassembled to prepare for the next testing phase. 

5- For functional testing, the Expansion is installed into a working N64 Console, and games that require the pak to be functional are run on the console. During this testing phase, it is checked for proper booting, zero glitches, and stability during marathon gameplay sessions.
