Return & Exchange Policy

• Return Eligibility
  • Items must be returned within 30 days for refund requests (defect/damage) or exchange/store credit for change-of-mind (see restocking fee below).
  • After 30 days, items remain covered under the 1-year warranty for troubleshooting, repair, or replacement (refunds are not available after 30 days).
  • Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all original parts, accessories, and packaging.
  • A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
• Change-of-Mind Returns
  • Returns due to a change of mind may be accepted within 30 days but may incur a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How to Start a Return

• Email help@retrovgames.com with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and the reason for return.
• Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team — this email will include the correct return address (U.S. or Canada).
• Ship the item securely using a trackable method. Keep your tracking number until your return is processed.

Important: Do not ship returns without approval. Our ship-from address may differ from the return address; follow the address we provide.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item).
• We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items, within the US or Canada. International return costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Always use a trackable carrier — we are not responsible for lost return shipments if a trackable method was not used.

Refund Policy

• Defective/Damaged Items: Full refunds available within 30 days if item is defective/damaged and a refund is requested instead of repair/replacement.
• Refund Timing: After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank/provider may take additional time to post funds.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Expedited shipping fees and warranty add-ons are non-refundable.
• Chargebacks: Filing a bank dispute/chargeback before contacting us and following our return process conflicts with this policy and may result in denial of your return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Gift cards
• Items outside the 30-day refund period (warranty still applies)
• Products altered, damaged by misuse, or missing parts/accessories/packaging
• Products sold as a complete bundle (unless the entire bundle is returned)

1-Year Warranty (Repair / Replacement)

• All products are covered for 1 year from delivery for defects in workmanship and functional failure not caused by misuse.
• To start a warranty claim: email help@retrovgames.com with your order number and a description/photos of the issue.
• We will first provide troubleshooting steps. If repair/replacement is required, we will provide instructions and the correct return address.
• Warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or abuse.
