A: To modify your account information, please sign in our website and visit your control panel. You may then modify your information in the area shown below.
A: If you wish, you can subscribe the Ishopvideogame Newsletter. You can subscribe or unsubscribe from this via your control panel when signed in. Any important information published in our Newsletter will also be available on our homepage.
There is an option for you choosing our news. If you click the newsletter option, then you can receive our news periodically in the future. Otherwise, you won’t get any news from us. But you can still learn this from our home page.
It’s your own choice to decide whether to have the newsletter or not in your account information.

Q: I wish to cancel my order. What should I do?
A: Please be aware that customer orders can only be canceled by a member of staff. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order, but please take the following points into consideration.
If you have not yet paid for your order, you don't need to request a cancellation. We will not send you any e-mails regarding this either. If you wish to re-order; please just make a new order and your previous one will be canceled by our system automatically.
If we have received full payment but the order status is still showing as "Pending" or "Payment Completed", we are normally able to cancel your order and issue a refund within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we have received full payment but the order status is showing as "Arrange Shipping" please contact us immediately, providing the order has not left our warehouse, we are normally able to cancel your order and issue a refund within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays, a handling cost will be charged).
If your order status is showing as "Have Shipped", then we regret to inform you that the order can not be canceled.
Q: Can I add further items to my existing order that is in "Shipping Pending" status?
A: Please either contact us.
If the parcel has not yet left our warehouse, we will put the order on hold until we make the necessary changes to your order. Of course you may have to pay surcharge for additional shipping. We will continue to dispatch your order once full payment has cleared.
If the parcel has already left our warehouse, unfortunately we will not be able to make any amendments to it. So please just make a new order.
Q: Why can't I track my order on the DHL/TNT/HK Air Mail website?
A: You should first check that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Check your order status for "Have Shipped". If your order status has only recently changed, you should wait 2-3 days before attempting to track the parcel online.
It may also take the courier company at least 24 hours for order status to update.
Q: I have chosen the fastest shipping method. Why have I not yet received my order?
A: We are sorry to hear that. There are several possible reasons for this scenario:
a) The item you have ordered may be out of stock. In this instance we will contact our goods supplier and re-order stocks, but this may take some time. If the goods cannot be received within a good timeframe, we will contact you and suggest offering you a substitute product.
b) If you have selected DHL as your courier, and your delivery destination is classed as a remote area (please see support article 83) you will be charged an additional fee. We will contact you in this case and suggest an alternative courier. A delay in this case is unavoidable.
c) The parcel may be held up by customs. Your local customs office may have opened the parcel to inspect the goods, which they are allowed to by law. They may also discover that the goods are of more value than what has been declared on the customs form. You will normally be contacted in this case.
d) Failure of delivery. The courier may have attempted delivery whilst you were not at home. They will usually attempt re-delivery.
e) Any other reason. If you think your parcel has been delayed for reasons not specified above; please contact us immediately. We will endeavor to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Q: Is it possible to be issued a commercial invoice or proof of purchase?
A: Yes, we can issue you with either a commercial invoice or proof of purchase. If you would like either, please raise a support ticket with us and we will issue one.
These will typically be sent via e-mail for you to print out. But if you request it, we can print it out at our end and include it in your delivery.
Wait for the shipment
Q: Can I change the delivery address after I have completed my order?
A: If you wish to change the delivery address of an order you must contact us immediately. We will do our best to change the delivery address for you.
It is currently not possible to change the delivery address on orders that you have used HK Air Mail as the shipping method once the order has been dispatched.
For DHL and TNT a fee of $ 12 USD is charged if you wish to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
If no one was available to sign for your delivery, and it was shipped via HK Air Mail, the parcel may be returned to us. In this instance we will contact you and ask you for an alternate shipping address for re-delivery.
Q: I got my package,but why the CD was missing?
A: CDs are generally no longer included in packages. This is solely because of the frequency of firmware and kernel updates to most products. By the time you receive the product, the software on the CD is probably going to be out of date. So it's best if you just download the software from the companies website to insure your product is up to date.
Q: What actions should I take if the courier has lost my parcel?
A: If the courier you have selected has informed you that they have lost the parcel, they should have told you what steps to take. In any case, you will need to make a claim with them. It may take up to 31 working days or more for the claim to clear before they issue any kind of compensation. Once this is complete we will arrange for a new order to be sent out.
Q: What should I do if I discover that the parcel is being sent back to the sender?
A: In this case we kindly ask you wait. We will inform you as soon as the parcel arrives back at our depot. You may need to pay the shipping charges for re-delivery.
Q: My order status says "Payment pending". What does this mean?
A:If you believe the order status is in error, please kindly check whether full payment has been made successfully. If you have not yet paid for your order, please send full payment via Paypal to payment@ishopvideogame.com and inform us of the transaction once it's complete. We will then arrange for the dispatch of your order ASAP.
If you are sure that the full payment has been made and your order status still says "Payment pending", please inform us as soon as possible of the transaction ID via e-mail. We will look into the matter with the utmost urgency. We will update you and your order status accordingly.

A: All the products on ishopvideogame are of guaranteed quality and proved reliability. Items in cards categories come with 3 months warranty which begins from the actual shipping date. Items in Accessory categories come with 6 months warranty which begins from the actual shipping date. Rest assured that all the special warranties will be clearly stated in the relevant product descriptions.
If an item becomes defective due to manufactures’ defects, we will offer a repair service. Any shipping charges incurred when returning an item to Ishopvideogame must be paid by you and can not be compensated by Ishopvideogame. If the order is returned within 30 days since the date of shipping, we may cover the postage cost.
Any physical damages made to a product by the end user will invalidate any warranty. Opening products up (eg. To attempt repairs or modify components) will also invalidate the warranty. Flashing firmware or using non-approved software may also invalidate the warranty.
A:At Ishopvideogame we use a special tape seal on all our packages and boxes. This is a tamper proof seal that will determine whether or not your parcel has been opened between our warehouse and you.
Before signing for your parcel please check the following:
a) That the parcel is in good condition
b) The seal is intact
c) No evidence of tampering or opening
If any of the above are not applicable, it may be a sign that the parcel has been tampered with. So before you sign for the parcel, please open it and check the contents. If you find anything irregular, please notify the courier and write a brief description on the form you have been asked to sign - do not sign it - instead ask the courier to sign against your notes. Please clarify the problem as clearly as possible. The courier should then report it back to his company and inform them, and us, of the problem.
We will then contact the shipping company to claim for compensation. In most cases, most claims will be finalised within 14 working days. We will then arrange for a re-shipment.
Q: The Solution of Flash Card Can't Work
A: 1) Please check if the golden finger is in good condition and clean, if not clean, clean it to let it shine.
2) Pull your Micro SD card/TF card out to check if your NDS can find any card. Showing "no card?" or "no menu?” you can learn that nothing is wrong with your flashcard. You can check if your Micro SD card/TF card is defective. We recommend you to use Kingston or Sandisk TF cards.
3) Format your TF card first then download the system files or we call it kernel drag to Micro SD card/TF card.
4) Check your flash cards' region version to choose the right language kernel.
5) Extract the file to somewhere on your computer.
6) After extraction, two folders (_system_, moonshl) and two files (_DS_MENU.DAT, _DS_MSHL.nds) are extracted. Please double check!
7) Copy the above folders and files (drag and drop) to your TF card (Before doing this, please plug the card reader with memory card to you computer, then you will see a drive on my computer).
8) Insert the TF card back to the cartridge.
9) Insert the R4 into your NDS Lite.
10) Turn on your DS then enjoy it.

Q: My flash card has stopped working
A: We suggest that you try the following tips:
1) You may need to format your Micro SD card/TF card (FAT 16 )
2) Once you have formatted the micro SD will be empty and will be ready have the system files required put on it. (you can download the system files (kernel) from your flash cart manufacturers website).
3) Check if your Micro SD card/TF card has enough empty space for your game files. You must also leave enough reserve space (typically 10-20MB depending on the amount of games you intend to copy) for save game files that are created automatically by the cart.
4) Before putting the micro SD card into your flash cart, try putting the flash cart in your DS and powering it on, as long as the cart shows some error that suggests the card is missing ,you should now be safe in the knowledge that both the flash cart and micro SD card are in working order.
5) Try updating the system (kernel) files to the latest version if you are experiencing compatibility issues. For more details of R4, M3,DSTT, Supercard etc., you can visit the websites below:

Q: What should I do if my Nintendo DS freezes?
A: If your DS freezes, or showns a faint screen on start up, please leave it switched off for 20 minutes before resuming play.
A: Owning an M3 DS Real with a rumble pack allows you to play games that make use of the Nintendo Rumble Pak.
The M3 DS Real with rumble + RAM pak allows you to not only play rumble-ready games, but the Opera Browser.
The M3 DS Real Perfect allows you to do all the above, as well as playing Game Boy Advance games.
Q: How to handle frequent freezing on DSTT?
A: The DSTT slot 1 card is very temperamental and causes frequent freezing of the Nintendo DS.
To use the card initially, format the micro SD card. FAT 16 is a more stable formatting option than FAT 32. (Formatting to FAT 16: Double click on the “my computer” icon. Right click on the micro SD card drive and select “format”. Under file system, select “FAT”. )
When the card is formatted, copy the system files on to the card. These consist of
1). A folder called TTMenu
2). A system file called TTMENU
3). A Video CD Movie called TTMENU
These 3 items should be copied on to the root menu of the card.
Now copy on to the card any games you wish to play. The games are usually stored in a folder giving the name of the game. This folder contains a file called xxxxxx.nds depending on the game. Copy the whole game folder on to the root menu and not individual files.
Place the micro SD card into the DSTT card and insert into slot 1. When you switch the NDS on, you should have a list of games. DO NOT START PLAYING ANY GAMES YET!!!
Select “SysOption” at the top left hand corner of the screen. Make sure Default reset is set to “On”. Exit “SysOption” by pressing “back”.
You can now play your games now.

Possible additional costs to you may include:

A: shipping address
It is essential that you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number. If you are drop-shipping, this means your customer's phone number.

Couriers require a face to face signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered.
Please disassemble the package in front of the courier to see if the package is what you ordered on ishopvideogame. Please notice the following conditions:

If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery.
If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.
Please refuse to sign for the package if you think the problem is seriously. You need to request the courier to help you to write a confirmation paper for the problem(need the signature of the courier and the problems’ details ).
The parcel might have been opened before you receive it if you find any of the points mentioned above.
If the package is opened before you receive it, We advise you refuse to sign for it.
Duty
If there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to your country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods. Any such charges are your responsibility and unfortunately we cannot offer advice or estimates about import fees or other taxes in your country.
Return and refund
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
All our products come with a 6 month warranty.
This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 6 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept, or offer credit or a refund.
If you experience any problem with a product bought from ishopvideogame, contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. Any returns must be discussed with ishopvideogame Customer Support in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.
All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance. In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement / refund under the warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to the ishopvideogame warehouse in China are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by ishopvideogame.
Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty. Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty. Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.
For dropshipping, retailers can ask your customer return the defective or broken products to you firstly, and you send them back to us. We will resend you a good one as soon as possible.

Pending Payment
This means you checked out an order and selected Bank Transfer and we have not yet received your payment. If you sent money by bank transfer please allow three working days for the banks to complete the transfer.
Payment not clear
This means your checked out your order and opted to pay by Paypal, but you haven't paid yet. Or you paid by paypal through your credit card or your bank, so it usually takes 4 business days to clear. Payment completed
This means we have received payment for your order, and now we are checking your details. For most customers, this will be quickly approved and put into Shipping pending.
Shipping pending
This means we are processing your order for delivery from our warehouse(s). This stage includes QA checking of all of your ordered items as well as adding relevant accessories and dealing with any special labeling requests etc. This stage also includes completing a packing list, packing the goods, labeling the packages, completing the courier waybill or other delivery steps, and producing delivery invoices.

One situation which we cannot control is that goods was received and signed by your neighborhoods, building Security or any friends of you. We suggest you check with above people to get back your items after long time waiting. According to your local carrier ‘s policy, there are some places that will be regarded as remote districts. Thus, they might inform you to make surcharge before the delivery.
